There really is nothing I know of that improves a mages hit rate. Even 100+ hit rate rune does little to improve my Shayd's accuracy.
Exactly, I feel as if there really is nothing that improves a mage's hit rate. I feel hit rating on a mage is near useless if not fully useless.
