i will tell you that if you report this issue to billing support from tynon.com you may have better luck. I had many many issues and billing support has corrected them all now and has gone out of their way to keep me as a player/customer. Even though dawn and dave may be associated with ucool, they dont go into accts and fix things. You need to send a billing support request in. And yes I know this isnt technically a billing issue, it is the only way to actually contact customer service for this game. be polite and courteous in all messages. keep dropping them friendly reminders that the issue is still not resolved, and you should hopefully get your issues fixed. May take a day or 2 they got a lot of support tickets coming in from what I understand. But be patient and they will help
