So we just had a guild vs guild in guild warfare and it is poorly executed. You allowed the defending guild to all stack up at B, then march to A and win in 1 turn without the attacking guild standing a chance and from the looks of it the attacking guild would have to start at their base and march through each camp. It should be just like when we took the territories as neutral. You have the defending guild setup at each of the camps and if the attacking guild cannot take it in 30 turns, the defending guild wins. Your current system is way too unfair for the attacking guild and doesn't promote the need for more than 1 guild per realm.
