Quest Error.

Anytime I enter a Quest, i get a error that says "Change Map Error :9 " and then the quest freezes. It been going on for a couple days.

Put in a customer request at Customer or Billing Support, link in my sig. This is a common bug so there's a good chance Tynon will fix it quickly.

Thanks, but your sig has a link to Billing Support only.
I'd suggest that the dev's include more than a single option in that drop-down listbox.
