First you need to understand THIS FORUM IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sorry about the caps but people seem to keep forgetting that. The moderators here are normal players just like you, they are not employees of uCool. They can direct you to information that may help you but they cannot do anything to replace your gems or credits.
If you experience a legitimate game issue and you would like to report it to Tynon log into
www.tynon.com once you are there near the login menu on top there is a button that says "Billing Support". Click this and fill out the ticket information. Even though it says Billing Support this is where you go to report issues with the game up to and including missing gems or credits. Keep in mind this is for legitimate issues not for reporting things that you did that in retrospect wish you hadn't.
