there is no kick button for the host you are correct. those that says the v-host can kick the host out are mistaken. only the host can remove himself from the guild. as for the problem i have seen it happen before it is a error in the guilds program. i had to go 4 days without a guild because i was also removed from guild this way and was still listed on the guild member list. i have a feeling someone is playing games with the files for guilds as just 2 days ago i was no longer a member of my guild but a member of a guild from a different realm. now with that problem i was unable to leave the guild because i was not in that guild actually nor was i in the realm for that guild so even though i was listed i could not do any of the guild events. which included collecting guild awards donating to guild or even sailing as well as war. so if i was part of the DEV team i would look into the guild files and see if they have not been corrupted in some way or tampered with
