Player went from Knight to Colonel all in one go.
You need 500K rep to get Colonel and no one on the whole server has even close to half of that.
Tynon needs to BAN these exploiters, not just slap them on the wrist.
Give a good example, and not just look the other way.
The guy at level 60+ with 6 rune slots still has those rune slots until now.
