    Guild Technologies

    Applied my 1000 contributions to the Guild Technologies "DEVOUTNESS" received the 10% bonus on the first contribution made afterwards. Have not received the
    bonus in the following 3 days.
    It also seems that the technology is not available in our Level 2, currently upgrading to Level 3, Guild.
    The price of the Devoutness tech has gone up suggesting that I have indeed acquired the Tech though showing 0/0 learned.

    So Devoutness is now active in my guild technologies, but it receives a 10% bonus at the shrine which actually makes sense. The Win-Win offers the bonus 10% bonus for investment to your guild, giving +10% for both contribution and guild funds. Obviously there was some kind of glitch involved and while Devoutness is not what I was after I at least am getting credit for my spent contributions.
