Ok I have 2 account on same server trust me will never happen again if you do something in one account they say it was done in both. I moved 1 account when we first started but not the other. I tried to move the other today to forest and got message you don't have enough gems. OK some who moved before me were charged 50 gems so I got the 50 gems and went to move. Now it still says I need more gems. I see on a closed thread about this they charged a player 150 gems to move. OK Tynon that is highway robbery. 1st they don't tell you how much it cost you have to find some1 who has moved before. 2nd they want you to pay to move if more than 1x when they don't even let you pick the original realm and try it and if not right move to another. 3rd they want to charge you roughly 15.00 to change an icon and arena. 200 gems is a little over 18.00. 50 is just under 5.00 OK that I would say was reasonable but to charge 150.00 is like saying we are only here for the money that's why it takes us forever to answer support tickets and why we don't pay attention when tickets or emails or forums are posted. Do I sound harsh well I should I have spent more time refreshing today because of NEW tynon glitches than actually playing. And it takes about a week for any response from a ticket so it might get settled or fixed in a month of back and forth if your lucky. I still haven't seen over 1500 gems returned to my different accounts I have gotten back 45 of them on 1 account big difference there tho. Come on Tynon show us the players aren't just a bank for you and you care. really 150 gems equivalent to 15.00 to move ridiculous.

Second, 150 gems and 3 day cooldown for realm change is so that people don't go hopping from one realm to the next
