    The stacks size varies by item. I do agree that 5 is too low for Tokens since you have to save a lot of them for some of the items. Also, are you aware that there are two pages in the Hero's Inventory (not the Bank)? The slots in the 2nd page have to be unlocked but you can do one every 24 hours and it is free, yes I did say free.

    I believe 10 is the token limit for a stack.
