Lost Gems from Arenaand not from lossing a fight

Hello i have complaint to report to you. I was in the arena and a 100 Gems came up for me i was so excited to see it. so i clicked on it and stayed there to defend it. Yahoo i got through and won the prize.
so i went to Banshie cerb to start the fight on the world boss. when it crashed on me
i refreshed the game and wow my winnings of 100 Gems was gone.
Could you please get back to me on this matter. it's a bit unfair to have these winnings you give us to disappear from our game.
