    Hey...LOOK AT THIS EVERYONE!!!!

    First of all i had an issue with350 gems come up missing...yep guess what?? they sent me a log that i couldn't understand and said none were missing. Then my partisan rune went from lvl5 down to lvl4. what the hell. I submitted a ticket on that too. They said they would work on it. they see where i got disconnected during the time provided. Then i saved up a LOT of gold. Well, by this time i started taking screen shots when anything of mine is in a large quantity. Well, i clicked philosophers stone and BAM "could not communicaTE WITH SERVER". sO, I RELOAD AND I LOSE MILLIONS OF GOLD, I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS THOUGH. i AM A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER THAT HAS SPENT A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS ON THIS GAME. iF THIS ISN'T REPLACED U WILL LOSE ME TYNON....LAST STRAW.

    ive been having similar issues of gold disappearing after a failed to communicate please reload screen

    I have spent over $200 bucks on here in less than a month and in that time i've had 350gems GONE, a ruin lost a lvl and now the loss of millions of coins!!!! no re-embersment on ANY of it!! if i'm not re-embersed this time, i will quit AND pay for 5 ppl to play WOW for a month for FREE!! i'm absolutely SERIOUS.

    they dont care about the players: they do care about your money.
    The ticket system only support transactions and not gameplay problems -> your money

    I've actually had 350 gems come up missing b4 this, but i think the server isn't saving like it is supposed to. So their logs didn't show the loss. then my ruin dropped a lvl and this happened after a server disconnect. So, this is number 3. I am a VIP 4 and i spend money on this game. i have scrn shots and all, but if nothing is done about this, i WILL quit and they will lose a good paying customer. I'm not asking for anything for free. only what they owe me
