Thread: Can't Claim VIP2 Awards.

    Exclamation Can't Claim VIP2 Awards.

    1- Delos:

    2- Bow of Athena

    3- PC

    4- Windows

    5- I just upgraded to VIP2 and I can't claim the rewards.

    6- When I clcik on the claim reward box, I just get the pop-up inviting me to buy more gems which I've already done. If you check my payment records you'll se that I just did this.

    If you haven't refreshed since you purchased Gems, do that. buying gems and VIP rewards haven't been updating the last week or so unless you refresh.

    If there is still a problem with this, contact Billing Support as you will not get help with Gem Purchase issues on the forum.

    you can get to billing support by going to Tynon.com and clicking Billing Support.

    trust me refreshing don't work I also cant claim vip5 rewards and another person cant claim vip6 rewards


    I think we screwed as so many ppl are filing tickets over nothing

    I fear helpspot is flooded and drowned everyone there

    Just be patient and check your ticket ever few hours if you put one in in billing support. They do compensate if it's a valid claim. They're still fixing up the issues from the last patch, so they are already busy as it is. Billing support gives you a lot more help than complaining in the forums ever will.

    I can't claim VIP2 rewards either. I click on VIP rewards, then click on Claim next to VIP2, and it gives me the box to purchase more gems.
    The top left of my screen by my picture shows I am V2. This is an issue in world with VIP rewards, has nothing to do with billing.
    I've refreshed several times, but refreshing doesn't update this. It needs to be fixed in game.

    As i said twice already in this very thread, open a ticket with billing support. you will not receive any help with this in the forum.

    it does in fact deal with billing. You PURCHASED gems, and you are getting a reward for your purchase.
