Arena Glitch/Bug

Not sure if it is a bug or what, but i have only ever been able to attack people from my own realm in the arena. Which makes it strange that two different occasions i have been attacked in arena by people from Dark Realm, while i am in Forest Realm. I have double checked rankings, and waited til after daily reset and double checked. These people are still in Dark Realm and still in the guild DarkSide, so how are they hitting me 3 or 4 times in a row in arena. For the record, both times it happened i was defending 100 Gems Stakes, not sure if the better stakes make it cross realm or what, but an explanation would be awesome.

Any mods maybe have an answer to this? I just got hit again 2 more times by the same guy from Dark Realm, name is elcapitan guild DarkSide, and he is constantly hitting me in arena when i am in forest realm and he is in dark realm. Always the same guy every time i check it.

You should only be able to attack and be attacked by people in your own realm inside the Arena. If you are experiencing a glitch with this please report it by going to the Tynon homepage while logged in and click on the Billing Support tab to the left of the login menu. Even though it says Billing Support you can report a variety of issues using that method. Also if you have screenshots taken of it happening or anything else to support your claim that would be helpful. Be sure to include the time it occurred to make it easier for them when reviewing the game logs. And as always be patient when dealing with customer service and allow at least 24-48 hours before you "may" receive a response.

Some of the better stakes are broadcast on World Chat. When this happens, especially with 100 or 1000 gems, people switch realms to come find you in your arena, take your stakes, and then go back to their own realm. That's the only explanation I can offer, otherwise, there's a serious glitch going on.
