We Want A Fix, Not New Servers

LAB, Arena, & Carribean Fight Issues:
Freezing multiple times in one LAB session and in boss fights, unable to claim rewards
Major glitching AND freezing during Arena & Carribean fights, usually requires a refresh
During battle, heroes freeze, heroes using other heroes skill attacks, heroes freeze on the other side of the screen, Heroes don't vanish when they die


Other Issues Since The Recent Update:
Increased Lag
Constant Flash Crashes
Baal/Cerb auto-fight works off and on
Rune loading errors (needs to refresh)



A lot of us that have been stuck on "Kill the Baron Salyan-burss" quest Forever, or for anyone else who is at a 'stand-still' in the game, we rely on the lab, arena, cerb/baal, and carribean. The game is only working at half it's efficiency and an update on what's being done would be greatly appreciated.

Finally, more emphasis should be put on revitalizing the present existing servers to create more competition, rather than opening new ones. I enjoy playing on multiple servers (like in 'ev*ny'), but I feel $ is better saved atm.

bump...all the above should be PRIORITY 1 ...not opening new servers ..... all of server 2 is badly glitched for battles in any way

I agree 100%.
I can't even get through one battle in the Lab before the battle freezes up and I have to refresh. Almost every battle is like this. I find myself refreshing up to 6 times just to get Daily Assistant done (pvp tasks).

I am so amazed that so many new servers are opening up and these issues can't be fixed. Will the new servers already have these issues too, and effect those people? They probably won't pay much with these problems.

The idea behind opening new servers is to ease the influx of new players starting out in the more established servers, which can strain them to capacity. That should help with the latency.

true but if your just not powerfull enough yet even managing equipment won't do but your missing the big picture here Herby its not about that boss its about the fights freezing up, bugging out, I've had alexa at one point hit every single opponent's hero in the game with her skill attack. Those things is what the topic is not that lil boss of yours your so fond off, people rely on the events, labyrint, heroic realm to get more stuff but if it glitches so bad you have to refresh most of the time and you lose the rewards we shouldve gotten then its happend to a lot of my guild members on a daily base and its certainly not fun most are even talking about quitting the game because of it, the bugs need to get fixed as fast as possible or no server will end up having people in them, thats what this topic is about now get on to the true topic or don't post anything at all we don't need stuff told on a topic not concerning the topic
