Strong getting stronger & weak getting weaker

This is the central problem. The game is unbalanced.
If you want to rank high, you should pay -> no problem with that
The only problem is the game elements like arena, cerberus, baal and pirates.

The rewards of completing those are really high,
even you rank 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the arena or cerberus/baal.
The weak, even if they're paying, can't compete if they do not place a few ranks in the top.
This should be balanced more like decreasing the reward if you ranked 1st before
or increasing the power a weak player can get by boosting his own power by this event.

For Tynon the last should be interesting:
if lower players could buy-out the highest ranked player, more people are willing to pay for a boost.

For pirates: how is it possible that a 3M player can attack an 3K player?
The result always would be that the highest player could finish their sail.
What about a beginners protection? Like a level cap?
The highest player can only attack an another player with 10% less power?

Also the rune-system. The chances should be raising if you're never getting purple, orange, ... etc

Then finally the (team)play. If Tynon wants huger profits,
do something with the teamplay element.
Why cant we exchange items with each other?
Why cant we sale them ourselves on a fair?
Why can't we co-operate with questing?

The last element -> new servers
    I quote:

"Hey there, Tynon is still growing, and our servers are nearly full. To make room for the growing number of players, we're opening a new server!"

How is it possible players still can join a "FULL" server. Because that isn't the reason a new server will be opened.
The real reason would be new player would invest a lot of money in the start, because their place on the rankings would
depend on the most spended money in the beginning. You're just opening a new server because you're aware of this profit.

What about fixing the bugs first, listen to the player's problems and do something with their feed?
And threat your customers as kings? Otherwise your gamers would disappear in no-time.
Work on your ticketsystem. Ask your community if they're willing to help you in a team (recruit some).
You don't have to pay them in money: i think everybody would be willing to work for you for a few gems.
