Tynon is not a service, is a product. Costumer Service were wrong in telling you to come to the forums for help. What are we going to do to fix it? The best I could have told you is not to not shared your account information with anyone else and of course to make sure you don't have any rats aka key loggers in your PC. So contact support again because here, really, you'll only be loosing your time as we're not Tynon Employees and unfortunately, we can't do anything personally to address this issue.
PS-Something similar happened to a friend of mine, he lost over 2 million power because someone combined his runes/equipment. Tynon is not responsible for whatever happens with your account if you gave info out, if they fix it, they're doing it on good faith.
