    TYNON customer/technical support Worst in all online gaming/ time to back charge $$$



    I gave you peeps at tynon many chances to resolve my issues and as normal for tynon I get completely ignored. Tynon customer and technical support has to be the absolute without a shadow of any doubt what so ever the worst of all online gaming.
    I have contacted you several times about my missing shayd card and the over 6 mil in credit associated with that.
    I have contacted you several times about my 2 missing saffron cards and the 12 plus million in credit associated with that.
    I am missing an additional 10 million coin, 4 million credit and 2k reputation.

    I purchased gems to be able to buy the credit in order to win these items and you failed to deliver after I won and paid for them. You also decided I wasn't wanted as a customer by ignoring every attempt I have made to get this resolved. You also failed to disclose to players that this game was beginning beta at best.

    I understand a game will have bugs to be worked out and can even overlook the fact that this game has more bugs/glitches/issues than any game I have ever played. What I can't overlook is the complete lack of response from technical and customer support over the past month on the multiple attempts to get this resolved.

    well I on the other hand have GREAT customer service from them and had my issue resolved

    its in how you talk to them and treat them

    REMEMBER DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WANT THEM TO DO UNTO YOU!!!!!!!

    I talked to them just fine even said please and all but didn't get a single response, maybe your an employee trying to fool people into thinking that customer support actually cares. if you read the other posts on topic on how good customer support is you'll find 99.99 percent had the same lame service as I have received which is equal to absolutly ZERO.

    hmm.. that sucks. Keep tryig tho.. you'd think they would do something eventually.
    Maybe theyre still looking into it?

    Actually I have had almost the same problem. Took 3 weeks to get compensated. But I did. Update your request Daily. 34 times a day even. They will normally take care of stuff. Be persistent, be polite, and be patient
