Two underhanded things that Ucool has done that should be corrected immediately!

I like this game, and even though the rune temple and tavern haven't been the kindest to me, and the star system hates me, I get it. That is the breaks of a game of chance. And I new this going in form playing beta before I spent a dollar on the live server.

Also I hate the disconnects, I have lost alot due to them, and after working with customer support, That was corrected in a fair and reasonably manor.

But I have come across two MAJOR issues, that are driving me insane. I want them corrected immediately. The only reason I can conceive that they haven't been already is that uCool is underhanded.

Problem #1

When they increased the rep needed for titles, and increased the benefits of the titles - they did not demote the players who no longer have the rep for their given titles

You can argue the fact that these few players earned it early and should keep it. However that is just not the case. They did earn the titles early, but so what, they can re earn the titles the same way the other 99% of us have to. Just because they did it quicker does not entitle them to increased HP, Salary, heroes, and bonuses that the rest of us can not receive for the same work they did.

I submitted a ticket about this, and was told they will not be demoting the players. With no explanation as to why.

Basically Ucool is saying - Hey they spent more money then you so we will give the preferential treatment and there is nothing you can do about it.

And yes they can demote people, someone on my server 'accidentally' received 500k rep and promoted himself, and was quickly demoted later by Ucool staff


Problem #2

VIP4 has the extra bonus of auto select stakes.
So as long as you are online it will automatically select stakes for you and claim any stakes you have when they expire. Sounds great! it was part of the reason I went to 4 instead of staying at 3.

Here's the catch, if you have gem stakes as an option, it almost always skips over the gems. SO you cant claim the gems stakes. On top of that, if you go in arena and notice you have gem stakes as an option, you may have a problem. As you know 3 stakes are shown, and a timer starts.[ When that timer gets to 0 any unchosen stakes disappear and 3 new ones are given to you. SO if the system auto selects the other 2 stakes you have as a choice. The timer for the refresh gets to 0 before you can claim the second stake. Why? The system does know which stakes are better. I have taken coins stakes form someone then a chest from someone. Both expired at the same time. Now the chest went under the coins on the screen. But when
I beat someone for their gem stakes which expires at the same time as the other 2 stakes. The gem stakes is positioned above the coins and chest. SO the system does klnw how to prioritize stakes. And it is using this ability to make sure VIP4s and higher do not get gem stakes when they are available.

I have also submitted a report on this issue and am waiting to hear back form the devs.

If these things are unchanged I will not be spending more money on this game
and I highly recommend if you are debating between VIP3 and VIP4 you do not go to VIIP4 unless they correct the auto select stakes.

There are many problems with not demoting. People now have Half Angels and Angels because of the Heaven Tavern glitch at the very beginning that guaranteed a rare hero when it showed up.

Pretty much only the people who constantly bought credits chest could "afford" the glitch.

One thing you fail to realize is that for those of us who gained rank early have a much higher rep upkeep which means more rep is being taken per day making it harder to get what is required to reach it in the first place.

That has nothing to do with keeping game play fair. You may have higher upkeep, but you have extra HP bonuses and salary that other people will not receive when they reach the same rep. That is the problem. Even if i were to spend gems to buy rep and get myself to 150k rep today. There are players with 150k rep now that would still be receiving a higher salary,hp and other bonuses that i would not be receiving and have the same rep as them, that is not right. And what happens if your upkeep takes your rep even lower, say to a point that should demote you even further, and possibly to a title where you would not have one of the heroes in your formation unlocked? Nothing you still get the same benefits.


The point of the daily upkeep is to slow down progress in titles. The new requirements was to do the same. Yet some people get an unfair advantage now. I'm not upset at the poeple who have this. Great for you. Your lucky. You spent your money early and got rep faster early on. I do not begrudge you a thing. However the changes Ucool made have given you an unfair advantage that they could easily rectify. And for the people on my server, it would not effect the heroes the have only lower their salary and HP to the point of where other players who achieve equivalent rep would have.

By not demoting these people, Ucool is slapping 99% of the server in the face and telling them they don't matter.

It was bad enough that accounts that were reported to have reached level 60 magically were never corrected, now this change will not be corrected?

The comment on your second post, that is untrue. I have woken up after a long night of sleep to find new gems in my account that my auto select stakes has gotten me. Auto select stakes chooses the first circle, so if that circle is gems, that is what you'll get. I know this works from experience. As far as the first one, I can see how it would be unfair to demote them and take a hero away from them, because it's likely that they will NEVER get that hero again. I don't like that they will not be demoted, but I do understand.

Auto select stakes chooses the first circle, so if that circle is gems, that is what you'll get. I know this works from experience. As far as the first one, I can see how it would be unfair to demote them and take a hero away from them, because it's likely that they will NEVER get that hero again. I don't like that they will not be demoted, but I do understand.

i have watched my auto select stakes SKIP gems twice
it selected the one on the right, the gems were in the middle, then after the first stakes were claimed it selected the one on the left, skipping over the gems in the middle.
I then had the gems as the one on the right. It skipped that and chose the middle, then the one on the left.
So I know what I said is 100% true.
It may select it for some people some of the time, but it will normally not do that. I have been vip 4 for over 2 weeks, and have never gotten gems auto selected and claimed. And leave the game on 24/7.

SO if you have had the extremely rare fortune of having it auto select stakes for you, gratz, but your case is not normal in my opinion.

And in regards to them NEVER getting that hero again, sorry that is also not the case. People who already have that much rep drop billions in the tavern and have saint Vs and half angel IIs. I dont spend nearly as much as the top 7 on my server and have every single hero recruited except smoulder that I have unlocked and have a half angel I and several saints 2s. Plus have passed on several Alexa cards since I do not use her.

So even if they were to lose bloodstorm, which most of them used spirit tokens to get, they should have their tokens returned and could re recruit him when they reach the proper level. However on my server at least, demoting people to the title they should be by rep would not effect heroes in the least, they all have the rep to have bloodstorm unlocked.

SO jupitor in my experience you are 100% wrong.

The auto select stakes is rigged, and the people who do not have the rep for their current title need demoted.

This is an example of some of the most crooked dealings I have seen in MMORPG.

And I highly recommend that no one invest to VIP 4 unless this is corrected.

I have already talked several members of my guild into holding off investing form VIP 3 to VIP 4 until this is addressed

I'm VIP3 and my stakes are being auto collected, so I believe that VIP3 gets auto collect, not VIP4, unless I'm wrong.

Boroeast is correct it is VIP 3.

Matt, I think the gem stakes thing is just you. I have logged in and checked arena to find that people have taken my gem stakes that were selected for me by the game while I was sleeping.
