NPC Not Found / Map error

I"m getting the following errors when I go into combat from the city in the sky.

First "change map error code 9"

Then: " engaging battle" loads indefinitely.

Sometimes when I reload I get: "NPC_NOT_FOUND"

Could some one please tell me how to get this fixed?

You can bypass it using the map portal in Aerie or you don't have enough stamina to complete the quest.

You need 20 stamina for each quest.

get a lot of these messages aswell.. but can still play.
A little annoying but hey.. long as i can still play.

I'm getting the same thing- must be stamina problem....we'll see
