Materials needed for Hope Bringer Set

I realize this might seem a bit tedious, and if it's already been asked I apologize in advance.

Could anyone tell me what materials are needed for each item in the set?

There is some information on the wiki about this in case you do not have the plans. If you have the plans click in the red arrow on one of the weapons and it tells you everything you need to know about the upgrade. If you click on one of the materials it will start to autogrind for all the materials that you need. A word of caution on this. If there is more that one level in the wild where you can get the material it picks the lowest level. If you use Autolevel you can pick the highest level and get more Credits and Experience for each fight.
