Battles freezing @ end, prevents obtaining rewards

Most frustratingly happens in labarynth Have cleared cookies and cache.

So I was told this from another player today, I asked them to switch to chrome and the problem went away. What browser are you using?

What type of turnaround should we expect from submitting issues here? I'm admittedly new to forum system
