Angry Tynon, you wore me down, can't take any more

I've had it. This game is rigged and deeply flawed. I've wasted far too much of my time. I am tired of seeing the same 5 people pull in 10 yellow runes a day, every day. Tired of spending hours and hours and hours. Clearly, this game favors a few select people at the expense of the rest. Then there's the growing list of people with serious problems on the servers, and they essentially get a shrug of shoulders from Tynon staff. In general, many players do not feel that Tynon developers and staff listen to them or even care to listen to them, so long as the money keeps coming in from the VIPs.

As a subscriber of World of Warcraft for 3 and a half years, I am willing to spend money on a game. But let me tell you, the flaws and problems with this game make one penny too expensive. The greatest flaw is the collective crap response from Tynon staff itself. Those people on the first few servers feel abandoned. Some paid a lot of money. Now they feel they must start over on new servers because Tynon won't do anything for them.

This game is full of cheaters and Realm and World chats are at times absolutely horrid. At times on Hydra this past weekend, chat strayed into X-rated territory. There is no clear way to report specific players. Not everyone will run to the forums, or even know that they exist.

So I quit. So i lost 9.50 on VIP1 for 2 characters and a wasted few weeks of a lot of time and effort. At least I didn't make the mistake of paying any more for this misery. Yes, Tynon. You wore me down to my breaking point. I'm now gonna go find something else to do.

This post is probably not welcome. At World of Warcraft, they care and do not like to lose subscribers. I'm uncertain here at Tynon my leaving will even be noticed. That in and of itself is all the more reason for me to leave.

You not the only one. One of the strongest on our server got so feed up, they reversed all payments, and banned. Thats how bad it is.

I imagine most of the devs will not even see this. But yeah I am frustrated by growing infrequency of bug fix patches. I know there a lot fewer but still.

Perhaps they're overloaded with work. They run a business here, so naturally their paying customers take highest priority. Realize that it can take a little while for them to get to everything, because they typically deal with each customer issue on its own, and the customer support and devs can only work so fast to make sure that every single person who sends in a ticket is taken care of.

As for bug patches, there could be some that go unannounced. You could always report bugs from within the game, as there are fewer actual bug reports instead of customer tickets to take care of. The devs will be able to work out a solution faster if they know exactly what's going on.
