Completely lost character data?

I was playing the game for like 2-3 hours. I reached lvl28 and I had spent 5$ on the game. Then I logged out unintentionally and when I attempted to log back in the character option screen appeared rather than my lv28 character. I was playing an archer. Username: SakuraSunset.

it would be a bug that popped the character selection page again.
