The reason he's asking is, even with last hit cerb/baal every day, it would take approx 20 days per rune to get to lvl 10. Now with the 100 fragment runes I'm willing to bet that it would take approx 20 days just to get it lvl 9.

Just wanna point out that the level 60, 100 fragment runes are the exact same as a regular legendary rune. They require the same amount of XP to level up, I currently have an Endurance level 10.
