Koleton NPC Buff

They didnt even mention the NPC buff, if they did not give it to us today... This is getting ridiculous.

So basically all those guilds that have reached their lvl 5 status is on standby. I guess this is the way Tynon is leveling the playing field so that their is parity among the guilds. All the top guilds that play successfully are rewarded with idle status haha

You have guilds reaching lvl5 guild now, and several that will be reaching lvl5 in the next few days. I am guessing that this part of the game was not turned on yet. However people are not spending gems in order to get to lvl5 to not be able to use the buff.

Tynon Staff, how about stepping up and explaining the buff as well as getting it turned on so we can actually use it.

I would also like to see a TYNON reply to these many inquires. People are playing this game for its content. Could you (Tynon) please explain when this Koleton Buff will be active and what it is exactly? Please, pretty please. Our guild has had it for quite a while now with no benefit whatsoever.

Ok on July 30th he said within next week, which means the week of august 5-11. So it has to be this week for that to be true.

I personally doubt we will get the buff in the time frame that they have gave. I mean they are too busy releasing new servers to add the Koleton buff. And once they do how long will we have to wait for Jengu and the rest of the GW cities. We have waited to long while they work on other things they need to make this right. But then again Tynon doesnt even care enough to look at this thread.

What blows my mind is that it has been more than 21 days. since this thread was open. I know they have a ton of questions regarding this matter. And now there are several guilds that have reached this level only to get nothing at all. Hell, they have not even bothered to make a post here regarding this matter. Are you serious. What kind of customer service is here. This is part of the game, I mean damn how do you release a game without having it complete. Much less how do you continue to ignore your customers with at least a response.

Listen, I love Tynon, I love playing the game, however one of the biggest reasons I left evony was the lack of customer service. If I owned this game I would make a killing. The one big thing you guys are missing is great customer service. It would be nice to atleast try and answer your customers within a month regarding an issue with game play. If you just simply listened to your customers you would be able to double your income. Might want to think about that.

Seriously what is the problem?

If you are going to have something that is not working properly and leaving it so can players complete the task... you should have something in mind to compensate them ..
after working and then waiting such a long time to get our level up to be able to try for this city and then get absolutely nothing is just not acceptable...
