how does one go about opening a ticket? I defended 100 gems in arena to receive 50. I would like my other 50 gems thank you. Shunt 21-Dawn of Eos.

If you attacked someone that had 100 gems as stakes you will only ever receive half, in this case 50.

Both the successful attacker and the original stakeholder share the rewards.
