I had a member that left the guild @ least 6-8 hours before bid results were ever decided.

In looking @ list of member that are participating that same member is showing up as having joined. Yet they were no longer a part of the guild when the bid was placed or @ the point they decided to join warfare. In fact not only are they not part of the guild they are not even part of the same realm @ this point.
