Morale runes affecting battle freezing

I know there's a patch coming out tomorrow but I figure I'd see if anyone else notices whether or not morale is having an impact on battles freezing. Since the 7/10 patch, every single battle in lab froze.. I just took off all my morale runes and played 2 labs with only like 10 refreshes. Which is still annoying but a lot better than refreshing every time lol

I have no problems with the Lab and Morales runes. I use both Partisan and Righteousness. I am in the Bow of Athena server.
