Not reciving loot in arena

i won 10 gem stake and 115k coins neither appeared in my stakes to take just disappeared makes it hard to play this game at all when at every turn you lose **** you work hard for. and fix the damn rune temple if I get logged out during auto pray 1 more time when I have a fragment im going to lose it if you want a screenshot mail me and ill send 1 cannot upload picture on here for some reason

I been having the same problem. 2 times this week I took 100 gem stake in arena. Both times I dont get the gems! No added balance to my gems, nothing. Arena will say #h ago you defeated "...." and looted their 100 gems. View. and when the stake is ready to be claimed, I disconnect and never get the gems. Same with the Rune temple. I get to the old guy. As long as I dont get a yellow or a fragment, I get disconnected and when I come back everything is different than it was before I dc'd. Im at 17 fragments and cant get the last 3 for my next yellow. ugh! Im on server 7.
