Baal/Cerebus event cooldown

Each day pretty much the same players take the top ten in both the baal and cerebus events. What if there was a cooldown that if you participated and took a top ten spot that you could not play it again for a few days? Allowing others to be able to possibly win the awards, would allow some smaller players the opportunity to get that loot and use it to grow.

I have never placed in the top ten in the events, but I get very close to getting that last hit, which is a slight chance. Even if you can't make it to the top ten, you can still get the final blow
