Missing Runes

I am missing runes that I got in temple. The first time it happened was 2 days ago. I got a Nimbleness from legendary runekeeper. I leveled it up to level 4, and put it on my Leblanc hero.after I was out of energy, I set my account to train, and walked away to cook dinner. When i came back I had been booted from game. So I logged back in and noticed philosopher stone was full, clicked it, then went to rune temple to work on leveling up the Nimbleness rune, but it was not there anymore.
Last night, I got 2 partisan runes, and a fragment. I did what I could on game, and went to bed. I had leveled one of them to level 6, and the other I got to level 2 and ran out of gold. I put them both on a hero and went to bed. When I woke this morning, only the level 6 remained. Not sure what is going on with it to be honest as I have been away from game during this happening both times. Figured was worth a report.

not sure what you mean. I was using auto pray both times i got the runes.

Another member of my guild lost two master runes. Game froze and booted him. When he returned, no master runes.

I think that pertains to clicking the coin box so many times in quick succession that you get multiple times the amount listed.

It's like what happens during the old Noble Lady lag days, but to a smaller scale.
