Attacked in Aerie

1) I had immunity from PvP when I attacked Patch
2) I left the heroic grounds after fighting patch
3) I was attacked while in Aerie.
4) After the attack, I was unable to move to the fair
5) Other players have had reports of PvP blocking rewards from fighting Patch or other bosses in Heroic Realm

This was NOT a revenge attack. I understand revenge attacks can happen even if in Aerie.
