Can't get to hard mode lab

me and 4 other people have had over 700 points in the NORMAL lvl 1 lab. And always you get a failed to synch w/ server on the last boss fight; then when you refresh it just puts you at 650 points instead of your actual score that was over 700. There is no way to get to lvl 1 hard because of this.
It also ate the tokens I gained from the two bonus bosses and left me with one.
