Unfortunately as much as this looks suspicious there could be a reasonable explanation. This is one of the reasons the forum rules state members discussing or accusing hacks and cheats is prohibited.
As I've previously posted. If you suspect anyone of using a hack, macro or bot, then report them through Customer/Billing Support.
