Cannot invite to guild

There is a player I want to invite to my guild. He is in my realm, standing next to me in the Aerie, and I open the Guild pane and click "Nearby Players." His name is the only one in the list, I invite, he is receiving the request and accepting ... and nothing happens. I open the list and there he is again. The accepted invite just disappears and I can invite him over and over again. It does not matter if I click invite next to his name or the "Invite All" button at the bottom of the pane.

He cannot yet apply to join because it has been less than 12 hours since leaving his guild. There should be no reason I can't invite him to join, though, and I have done exactly this many times before.

I'm having the same problem. Level 4 guild, 49/60 players, and so far today I've tried to invite two players with the same issue. The invite seems to work, the invitee sees it and accepts, but then nothing happens. I can just send the invite over and over and they can accept over and over.

I'm having the same problem. I'm the invited one. I left my previous guild, recieved an invite, accept and nothing happens. A few secs later the invite appears again.

I get the 12hrs penalty if I try to apply. Now I'm waiting till the 12hrs are passed to see what happens.

After the cooldown I applied and I could join.

having the same issue, cant invite people into guild. however if they apply we can accept them. the guild just cannot initiate by doing nearby players inviting.

I'm afraid Tynon have patched this up. You now have to wait the full 12 hours to accept an invite or apply to a guild.

what happened to Tynon giving us patch notes of sorts to changes they made of the game so that we know some of these things?
