Ragnarok Rewards not being given

Ok so... went through the fast forward of the past hour in Ragnarok... and at the end, there was no sort of payout even though it said I was to gain so many credits and so much rep. Nowhere to collect, and no change to my credits or rep. Unless that's fixed i see no point in boosting for it at all. Please sort it.

there should of been a mail like arena rewards sitting in the middle of your screen.

I got awards on both accounts.

If you refreshed then they should of still went towards your account.

I refreshed 3 times. Some got rewards and some did not. I spent 16 gems and about 1 million coins for a 100% boost to try it out and got nothing back even with the highest kill streak on the server. Lame.

Many players in my guild did not receive the rewards only a few did. Not good >.< This event produces a high amount of reputation. this unbalances the growth rate of the server, being a new server we are all in a race to stay ahead. HOWEVER.... The event itself is pretty awesome
