Ragnarok Rewards not being given

I had the same thing happen to me this evening July 19th Charactor name Airia I had like 50 wins 7 losses and had a great deal of rep and credits listed but got none of them. Server 26. How can I submit a ticket ? is there a process to be reimbursed for the Ragnarok Rewards ??? Please let us know if so.

There was a rumor telling that only top 10 getting rewards.
