Credit Boost Fails

All three events today I have received failure notices when I tried to boost using credits. However, the credit are charge and taken any from my total. Even after waiting between 5 and 10 seconds I still get "failure" errors and the credits are removed.

If that was not enough the event world event tourney and the Baal event this afternoon both did not reward credits/exp after the events closed. Tried several times refreshing the browser and looking for the screen icon.. but nothing.

I use Chrome, is there something (bug) i'm missing here?

When a boost fails you loose the credits. That is the way it works. The 3 seconds in the message is how long the message will be displayed and has nothing to do with the success or failure of the boost or when you can try again.

Thats my point the boost should not fail.. "thats is the way it works" is not the answer .. its acceptance of a bug.

It is not a bug. You are paying the credits to "attempt" to boost. If I remember correctly the Gems boost says that you "will" get it but the Credits boost says that you may "could" it or something like that.

Again, incorrect. Tynon has responded to my ticket submission acknowledging this is in fact a bug and they are working to correct the issue. quote " We are aware of the bug you have reported ".

Yeah, they fixed it... by making sure the words were correct! And I quote: "Spend X0,000 credits for a chance to boost your power by 20%. Stackable up to 80% of your original power.
and as stated in here also...
Spend X Gems to Boost your power by 20%. Stackable up to 100% of your power. I got ticked off once for a boost... and clicked until I lost 3,000k+. This keeps up, the greedy little buggers have a 100% chance they're going to be down (1) paying customer.
That's why I don't pay out much for the first several weeks of a new game.... so I find all the places where the "FIX" is in... and I haven't wasted my hard earned cash... If they watch these forums: Hey developers: I've learned I don't operate in a vacuum. You're losing players by the thousands that play for free... you really can't afford to tick off the paying ones! And, I'm 100% positive I won't be the only one to leave, when I go.

Are you kidding me? The credit boost fails are a bug??!! WOW All this time, after millions upon millions of credits lost trying to boost in every event daily over the life of the server?? And why has this bug never been fixed? This is the first i heard of that. It is every player, and untold amts lost. *facepalm* Please put that bug on the top of the list for the next patch.
