Okay, here is the issue.

I had my hero bag slot unlocked by staying online how many number of hours required.
It was clearly unlocked, even the icon picture showed it was unlocked.

I clicked it and yet, game still took 20 gems off of me for unlocking it.

Please look into it for me. The server relevant is server 7, Bow of Athena.
