Heaven Palace event not working

Hi i'm on the Eye of Horus US West, Forest Realm. In the daily events list is Heavens Palace, it says available and since it is the weekend i assumed it would be. But when i click on the event to start the bar sometimes loads then nothing happens, i have restarted the game refreshed the page etc, same result. can you please look into this or clarify if some prerequisite has not been met. thaks

same on anger of menoetius water realm.
would be nice if you guys fix it before the event ends. Oh and would be nice to add the time at the end we missed because it wasnt availible.

Heavens Palace doesn't open until a server had been live for at least a fortnight. You should be able to play this event next week.

I promise it's worth the wait.
