Has anyone been able to activate the Heaven Palace event this weekend. I have tried several time to enter but the load bar files than disappears. Nothing happens. Event broke?

Its working for me @ server 8.
Try cleaning cache, flash, changing browser?

If you are one the new servers that's been launched over the last week, Heaven Palace won't open till next weekend.
It's gives new players a chance to settle into their accounts.
