break is to stop blocking and I tried it out and does not increase hits on mages I tried it out on more then 1 acc hit rating however does work on mages because I believe half of the misses is also caused by dodge but instead of dodge coming you only see miss, I can hit the same person so many times in a row with only a few misses and whenever I keep fighting it keeps hitting and then I encounter one where it hardly hit so I checked them both out one had no dodge rune the other did have a dodge rune and I'm not the only one that thinks that, also I've tried running around with a lv8 advantage(crit) to test out of mages could crit, I have yet to see them crit so I took it of even by the offchance it does can happen it would be a very rare coincedence and not worth putting a rune for in imo, and crit helping for stun on shayd? when I ran around with the crit rune I didnt see a significant increase in stuns they seemed about the same for me. thats all for my opinion
