power of shiva server clouds staying on screen

I am on the power of shiva server and every time I try to go somewhere there are clouds covering the screen and cannot see the game, the portal also doesnt work
I have cleared all cache no idea what to do now??? I am falling behind though please help

i had this problem on fist of kraken for 2 days. i cleared my cache and immediatly rebooted my computer. when i logged back on my quest worked. if this doesnt work try sending a detailed message of which quest it is etc to billing support.
