7/21 after rahgok (if i spelled that right) using lenovo laptop windows 7 chrome dawn of eos
at the end it froze i closed rahgok didnt c envelope so i refreshed and still nothing there
i know 2 others had this the day b4

yep. Same here. It seems that if you refresh between when Ragnarok ends but before the reward mail comes in, your **** out of luck.
Update: Rewards showed up this morning. Thank you.

got it tonight (7/21) at aroud 1130 after a cd/refresh
the rewards will be mailed to you just like the arena rewards
If they don't appear after Ragnarok ends, just refresh and they should appear in an envelope.
