Do you have to make a new character every time you log on?

I've only played this game a couple of times, and the last time I clicked a button to go to the last server I was in, and I got the make a new character screen. What am I doing wrong? Is there some way I can find the character I already made

hmm odd. You sure it was the right server? Did it show more servers?
if you really can't find your game you should contact Tynon through billing support on the main page.

I had the same problem. I had a lv 23 warrior and the character just disappeared. I used only one server and when I went on that sever the next day all I got was the character selection screen. I know the game still have a record of her existing because I couldn't use the same name when I created my blade master.

It's a common problem and one that Tynon knows about. Start a ticket with customer support find them at the Tynon homepage>billing support or feel free to use the link in my sig.
