Invitation to the guild not delivered

One of our players got dropped from the Guild without any one booting her or her removing herself (this is not the first time this has happened to one of outplayer). We are trying to get her back in. I do an nearby and invite her but she says that she is getting nothing.

Since I was never invited to a guild (I applied) I do not know what she is supposed to get. Can any one please tell me how the invitation is delivered and what the player has to do to accept it?

When you invite, player gets guild invite icon, like arena awards icon.

Thanks for the answer. When I invite her the name goes off the nearby list but she does not get the little envelope even if she refreshes. All of the apply buttons in her guild list are dark. It has been over 12 hours since we noticed that she was no longer in the Guild so the cooldown should have expired. What do we need to do to get her back into the Guild?

After about 20 minutes or so I tried nearby again and she was on the list again. Invited her again and still nothing. This is getting very frustrating.

Well, strange...

She can try to:

Clear cache/cookies/flash?

Maybe it will help.

If not, then she can only submit A Request/ticket

Are the apply buttons still dark after refreshing?

I had the problem lately that I received the invites, accepted but nothing happened. After 12hrs I could apply and get in the guild.

Did she try another browser or computer? Small chance it makes a diff, but hey it's worth the shot.
Plus if those two options also don't work it must be something in her acct.
Either way.. if you can't figure it out.. contact Tynon. There's only so much you can try eh..
