    Customer support

    I have been trying to get answers to issues in game and have yet to receive any response. Is there a phone number that you can provide that will allow your customers to get in contact with a employee to assist in helping your customers? There is only two ways to get in contact with the people that we need to talk to and that is Billing support and here. This is show to be ineffective in assisting your customers. Please provide us with online live chat and/or customer support phone number, preferably both. Thank you for your time, please respond even if it is to tell me that I am sol your not going to do it.

    Be patient. Give them more time. They are looking into your problem.

    even if there was a moderator here at least one person at a time, at all times, we would get more answers

    Mods will probably just advise you to a) send in another ticket or b) wait.
    Or share what your issues are? Other players or mods could have suggestions..

    Go to www.tynon.com and click on billing support. Fill in the Customer request form, then be patient you will receive a reply.

    Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems
