    Missing gems

    Was down to 16 gems, saw the 1000 gem prize was near my rank. Conquered, held, and collected the 500 gems it gave me with no attacks made upon me in arena. Spent only a few gems, had 490 left.
    Fought Baal, finished 4th, it also claimed I would receive Champion Sword Plans...but they did not appear.
    I refreshed, and lost the 490 gems and still no Champ Sword Plans either.
    Recent Arena history still displays my 1000 gem win...but I have no gems after my refresh.

    yea we have a few lost gems treads it has happend to many of us even i have a tread about that here and today i was rank 6 didnt get my sword either lets hope they can fix it tho i know afew already have the champion sword i just hope its not the top 3 only lol

    not much i can help u with just hope they get it fix couse even cleaning your cache or cookies wont do no difrents

    I have sent messages to billing. I went to bed with over 500 gems woke up with 108. lol No response. Thats my big complaint, I get no responses from anyone
