after 20 mins of refreshing my tavern i was able to get cianna. now my problem is that when i click on hero tab there's no cianna there... no dropdown to see other heroes.... plz check this as it takes the fun of the game

hard refresh..reboot.. clear cache/flash..whatever. Have you tried that all?
if so.. contact customer support..

yeah it sucks when your hero card disappears. Since as we all know you are luck to get 1 hero card after spending over 10 million credits.

I know that this may sound stupid, but if you have more than 5 heroes have you clicked on the down arrow on the heroes screen?
lol yeah. well.. stupid or not. if it´s something like that at least it is fixed fast!
